This goat was held against it's will at the cheese sandwich hippie festival in Austin by the man pictured below, who was eating a lot of cheese sandwiches.
After over an hour of interrogations, it was found that the Austin Chupacabra Policia were negligent and either not present or not caring, or both, in regards to the protection of goats on their home territory. This matter has been forward to the National Chapter and Internal Affairs for an official investigation.
